i found the food quality to be very poor, especially the breakfast. the selection seemed limited and lacked variety. furthermore, i encountered an insect on the floor during dinner, unsettling and unhygienic.

I found the location very convenient near the beach. the housekeeping maintained really good cleanliness, a big plus. the staff provided great service. Nothing seemed too difficult. my apartment with a west facing terrace was perfect for winter sun. i loved the west facing terrace very much.
the all-inclusive cocktails were not the best. they were out of a machine. they tasted like syrup.

The location was excellent with easy beach access. the staff were super friendly and always ready to assist.. the rooms were spacious and well kept. i loved the breakfast offer. It really had something for every taste.

The location is amazing, right on the beach. The staff is very friendly. Pablo at reception gave a warm welcome. Nazha kept our room sparkling clean every day. We received cute gifts from the management. This. We got a bottle of sparkling wine as a birthday gift. This was so thoughtful!!!
The hotel needs some redecoration, specifically in the rooms. It looked a bit tired. Otherwise, everything was great.

There wasn't enough information at check-in so we had to ask about WiFi. Signage throughout the hotel is also lacking. I got lost going from the hotel to the room.
